Installing Fedora Core 4 by FTP error??

I'm installing Fedora Core 4 i386 by FTP, after I set a root password and click next I get this message, "Unable to read header list. This may be due to a missing file or bad media. Press to try again." What are all the things that are suppose to be on the FTP server?
