Matrox Millenium G450 (mouse bug?!)

HI
I have problem with my video card (i think). Every time I decide to drag an icon, the mouse pointer turns into a square of vertical lines. The same happens if i point at a picture that i biew and enlarge.

I had this problem with FC3. I switched to FC4 and it is the same. may be I have to make clean install of FC4 (not just ugrade, as i did) but come on...

My graphic card is Matrox Millenium G450. Mouse is just normal PS2 Wheel mouse serial.

Before I had LBA linux R2, which uses Xfree, and I had no such problems. Is the problem because of Xorg?

Please give a piece of advice.
