How to use another proxy while sitting behing proxy

I want to use some proxy any free available proxy
But i am behind an ISA Server.
I am using ntlmaps to run few applications.
Is there any way to do that please help ?

DETAIL

My cable net provider runs windows server 2003 with ISA server installed on it.
I am using Fedora Core 2 on which i installed ntlmaps.

I am not completely sure but Squid probably has the best chance of doing this for you.

Is there any simple way to do that?.
I mean any alternative instead of using squiid.

You can always tunnel through a proxy to get to another proxy. In google do a search for "ssh tunnel proxy"
