Docking Station

Hi All,

I am running fedora 3 on a dell inspiron 8600 Pentium M, with 1 gb RAM

There are a number of issues one of which is urgent and is causing me difficulties.

I was recently issued with a docking station which allows me to see (with a belkin switch) my laptop on the desktop screen and to use the keyboard and mouse for it as well. its sound except that the resolution goes bananas.

the screen is huge iun x windows and the only way to see it is to scroll around. when I reduce the resolution in settings ----->disply to 800X600 it improves but does not fit on the screen.

I wonder if anyone has experience with this.

Any help appreciated.
