FC4 test 3

At 11:10am local time--booted new FC4 t3 install DVD.
Done installing at 11:52am.
Started yum update at 12:10 pm local time.
Update completed and installed 3:55pm.
Total number of updates--298 with 3 new ones installed too.
Total download--649 meg.
Complete install with Gnome/KDE/"other" desktops too--all office apps--admin tools--developement tools--server tools--close but not quite the "everything" install.
Running the new 2.6.11-1.1363_FC4 kernel too.
Not a hitch/glitch/or hesitation so far. Netowrk working--audio fine--video is great.
Thanks to all who have worked on developing FC4. Even at this test version point it is looking very good.

That's good to know. May install again this weekend to repartition for some hard core XEN.

I'll go tell x term or 3 that he's still in the game. lol
