dhcp does not start at boot time

i have installed fc4test3 default workstation
i had asked it start dhcp while installing

it does not do it correctly
destination shws 196. x.x.x something

it should be 10.0.0.1 for my net work

afterwards i stopped this from system tools dev control and again started dhcp
but i have to route add gw ,etc again to get to net

any idea of reconfiguring

my doenload failed all 234 disks and it works for only default workstation all kde components corrupted during download it seems
