1. How to take a full screen shot ?
2. How to take screenshot of a single window ?

It's easy to make a screenshot, simply press the 'Pritnt Screen' button, open a graphical editor program, and Edit>Paste. To take a single window screenshot I think you must get a program for it, or cut the windows from the full screen screenshot.

Try /usr/bin/ksnapshot. It's available in the Applications->Graphics menu if you're running Gnome.
