Syncing a USB Palm device as a user (Answered)

You'll need to change the perm's on the /dev/ttyUSB* devices.
In my case a "chmod 0666 /dev/ttyUSB0" did the trick.

How do you know which USB device your palm is on?
I'm having a heluva time trying to get my 125 syncing with either J-Pilot or through the Gnome Pilot settings tool.

Yes, I have the visor mod in since I'm using Fedora 1, I know that is ok. I'm going to test my USB to see if that works.

Nevermind, somehow, like most things on here, it magically works.
