Exclamation newbie/my Mom's Hp deskjet 3820 printer wont print on FC3

I have read enough to its call hp pont and Linux and Tech spoort never like each other getting tech sp has been the harderdist part so far any suggestons would help Rob my pc AMD 1700 plus xp cpu 60 gig maxtor blaster hd and a Iwill dual bios kdd266 plus R motherboard

Did you try to configure it by using Applications,System Setttings, Printing ?
