CANON all-in-one MP370: no driver for

It seems there is no LINUX driver for the inkjet CANON multifunctional printer called as MP370. In case there is any way to use this device as a "generic printer" (at least) I would appreciate very much for letting me know how to do. Could you please answer for a beginner. Thanks!
