Prefdm

Hey everyone I have tried to get e17 to work, And I am pretty sure I used DIEDRE'S instructions and yum download. I have all the files, and when I go to use Entrance it crashes. Well no I can only get into the safe mode version of the bash shell. But I was wondering if anyone can point me in the right direction to the prefdm file. I have restored the others, But screwed up my copying on prefdm and ended up saving the modified as my back up. Any help will be appreciated. I believe the path is /etc/X11/prefdm so if you were to say

su
(password for root)

cp /etc/X11/prefdm /home/(yourhomefolder)

That should grab the file to an area you could email.

Just to make you aware, Entrance can cause some issues well at least it did in my set-up
