But it's not. I get this message dozens of times in a row in my /var/log/messages file:
Apr 14 15:54:14 localhost kernel: hdc: tray open
Apr 14 15:54:14 localhost kernel: end_request: I/O error, dev hdc, sector 0
And with different sector numbers. It doesn't *seem* to be causing any problems, but it is filling up the messages file with junk and I'm wondering what the dilly is.
