[root@paken etc]# which apt-get
/usr/bin/which: no apt-get in (/usr/local/sbin:/usr/local/bin:/sbin:/bin:/usr/sbin:/usr/bin:/usr/X11R6/bin:/root/bin)

[root@paken etc]# which apt
/usr/bin/which: no apt in (/usr/local/sbin:/usr/local/bin:/sbin:/bin:/usr/sbin:/usr/bin:/usr/X11R6/bin:/root/bin)

Thanx

I am not sure why you are getting the yum errors, but you could try to remove it
rpm -e yum

then
typing:
up2date -u install yum or

dont delete try
up2date -u update yum

the try yum check-update to see what upates you need...
