Apache, MySQL, phpmyadmin and php4.3.11

Hi, Im having problem configuring phpmyadmin, installation works fine and the servers is all running without a problem. I could log in mysql through the console but cant through phpmyadmin. My authentication for phpmyadmin is using http. Anyone knows why??? i only have this problem with phpmyadmin as i can log in to mysql using webmin.

2nd problem: Why is it when i click to my php website, it wont read the index.php.. it only displays the files and folders. I have load the necessary modules in put it in httpd.conf.

[root@linuxbox ~]# rpm -qa | grep MySQL
MySQL-server-4.1.11-0
MySQL-client-4.1.11-0
[root@linuxbox ~]# rpm -qa | grep httpd
httpd-devel-2.0.52-3.1
httpd-suexec-2.0.52-3.1

system-config-httpd-1.3.1-1

directoryindex php is in one of the conf directories, assuming thats FC3 (without you having deleted it beforehand).
