tftp-server log
does tftp-server maintain a log of attempted and completed transfers?

By default it seems to just log errors and nastiness to /var/log/messages.

However, I think you'll find if you add

-v

to the options in the /etc/xinetd.d/tftp file and restart xinetd, you might get more logged.
