ISO images with YUM update already done

Hi there, i am working on a development project with Fedora core and have to rebuild the machine almost every day, however, my task would be significanntly speeded up if i could download some ISO images of FC1 with a resonably recent yum update already applied to the image (with my internet connection a yum update can take literally hours) I am not worried about new updates that will be available in the future as the current yum update for FC1 gives me all the versions i need for this project.

any help or advice on this would be greatly appreciated, and before you ask, FC2, 3 or 4 are not options for me for this project it has to be FC1

regards
gary

Kickstart, makes an image of the install you have in a configuration file for installing again.
Should be part of your original install--if not--check that box.

thankyou, but my understanding of kickstart is that it provides answers to installation questions so that it zips through the install phase, not the actual update binaries to the programs which would need downloading ?? excuse me if im not understanding something here
