touch screen

Hi room is fedora laptop has touch screen functions?

For a touch screen to work you need the following
A. a touch screen or a display that has one built in
B. the drivers to run the touch screen
C. the software to interact between you and the touch screen

i try using dell P3 laptop install fedora 3 laptop OS. Do you think have driver inside or i need install hardware and make touch screen work .
