can you create custom icons?

hi,
ive just installed azureus(a bitTorrent client) and its working fine. but every time i want to start it i have to execute from a terminal window which is pretty annoying as i use it all the time. is there neway i can create an icon which executes the program for me? im new to linux so can't figure it out for myself.

you can write a script to execute the terminal and run your command then customize the icon
OR
right click the desktop choose create Launcher enter the fields then select the icon
