Community Manager please read

I have searched the FAQs and looked into my profile but I could not find anything that allows to delete myself from the forum.

Therefore, I ask you to delete my 'membership'.

Ummm.... Community Managers don't have that power. We're pretty much involved with moving and editing threads. You might send a private message to an Adminstrator and see what is involved, but simply removing your personal information from the Forum would accomplish much the same thing.
