VNC gets closed

Hi,

I have FC3 in my home PC and it has got tightVNC already. I am running the windows VNC service in my work PC. Connecting my work PC from home is a two step process as listed below.

1. Connect to the LAN using cisco VPN.
2. Open the windows desktop using citrix ICA client or VNC client.

I am able to connect to the LAN with VPN with out any problems. I am able to open the virtual windows desktop from citrix also. However if I use tightVNC after I establish the LAN connection with VPN, it asks for the machine name of my work PC. When I supply the work PC's name, it is prompting for the password which I had set. However when I type the password, the VNC desktop opens for a second and then it gets closed automatically. No messages, no warnings, no errors at all. Can some one help me in fixing this?.

Thanks,
Balaji.
