vsftpd virtual user starting in their home

Hello,

I got vsftpd working with virtual users. Now when you log in with tom or fred you start in /home/ftpsite. is there a way to make it when you log in with tom you start in /home/ftpsite/tom and when you log in fred you get /home/ftpsite/fred ?
