Lightbulb rpm and subversion

Can anybody provide access to RawHide via subversion?
It has efficient method to compute deltas between binary files. But rpm first need to be mangled via rpmmangle (it just decompress compressed part of RPM, see http://toast.debian.net/~may/rpmdelta/ ) to produce efficient delta.

OR can anybody at least provide rpmdelta's between FedoreCore 1 and FC2test?

So is subversion a method of upgrading that is more efficient than simply yum update? Please share

No, because support of the subversion protocol is not added to apt/yum, you can't use subversion to upgrade, only to retrieve latest versions of packages into local repository. Of course, you can upgrade from local repository, but you need to create it first (and keep it up to date).

Subversion will be useful to mirroring, not for upgrading, because you need to always keep previous version of RPM.

PS.
Can you make deltas between FC1 and FC2test? I want to verify support of the Ukrainian locale and translations in it. Transantlantic traffic is not so cheap as local.

lvm, I'm not sure if any RH developes read here or not but this kind of question would best be suited for the Fedora Development mailing list. That is where all RH engineers/decision makers read and follow development discussion.
See this page for fedora-devel-list info:
