Unhappy windowXP desn't boot after installed dual boot systems.

I bought a new compaq PC. SR1300NX, added a new harddrive, and installed Fedora core 3.0 in it. After that, Fedora can boot up correctly, but if I choose boot from winXP, it automatically starts the Compaq system recovery program, which means winXP can't boot normally. Does anyone know how to fix it?

Hi
To understand whats happening on your system just go to the root prompt and give
fdisk -l
Paste the ouput here on this forum and also paste the contents of the file
/boot/grub/grub.conf
Maybe this might help us to solve the problem
