My problem In Modem

I have TOSHIBA Labtop SA10-S113 ( Here )my OS is Fedora core 3 but I have problem with my Modem hardware device , i can't install becouse the hardware device for Windosws XP only .

ONLY use scanModem downloaded as: http://linmodems.technion.ac.il/packages/scanM odem.gz

./scanModem should ONLY be run within a Linux/UNIX partition.
If within a MicroSoft/DOS partition, abort with Ctrl-C now !!!
Copy scanModem.gz to your Linux partition and restart.
