Need a lot more detail, which patch for what?

All you need to do to update is to click the red button in the corner or run the command
Code:
yum update

It seems that you are looking at a kernel upgrade. Choose 'y' and after it installs, you will find a new kernel option when you reboot. Test it out and make sure everything is working correctly before you consider removing any older kernel options.
