HOWTO install FDC3 on storage drive w/ winxp on raid 0 sys drive

I would like help on how to install FDC3 on my 200G WD storage drive w/ a 40G partition set aside for Linux. Currently, I have winxp on 2 WD 40G RAID 0 (sys drive). Upon installation, I was unable to access FDC3--no GRUB duel-boot options. ANY assistance in this matter would be GREATLY appreciated.
