Whenever I get a PM from anyone here, I can't find any possible way to reply. Is this a special feature available to only select members or am I just a sad human being?

I just assumed since I see a foward and a quote button, there would be a reply button. I dhave never seen quoting a PM mandatory for replying.

Can't we just replace the image on the server? It's so silly, we need it to say Reply, not quote. Ewdi?
