Unhappy problem burning data dvd TSST CD/DVD ts-h552b

Well i got a problem burning dvd data .
This is my hardware :
TSST CD/DVD ts-h552b

And this is the output of k3b failed burning :

System
-----------------------
K3b Version:0.11.14
KDE Version: 3.2.2-12.FC2 Red Hat
QT Version: 3.3.3

growisofs
-----------------------
Error trying to open /dev/hdc exclusively ... retrying in 1 second.

Error trying to open /dev/hdc exclusively ... retrying in 1 second.
Trying to open without locking.
WARNING: /dev/hdc already carries isofs!
About to execute 'builtin_dd if=/tmp/kde-andrea/K3b data project.iso of=/dev/hdc obs=32k seek=0'
:-( Failed to change write speed: 2770->3324

Look like k3b need to have the device for itself exclusively?
I'v tried to set the speed manually on k3b but the error is the same...
Anyone have a suggest?

Well problem solved....it was very stupid but i let growisofs do it work withouth setting speed , or on k3b choose the "ignore speed" on setting after burning .

Well i've partially solved .
The problem is that nautilus mount the device everytime you insert a cd/dvd , so when you go to burn it result "busy"

Error trying to open /dev/hdc exclusively ... retrying in 1 second

Ok solved this , still I have the problem of burning cause the second part of debugging message still is there :

System
-----------------------
K3b Version:0.11.14
KDE Version: 3.2.2-12.FC2 Red Hat
QT Version: 3.3.3

growisofs
-----------------------
WARNING: /dev/hdc already carries isofs!
About to execute 'builtin_dd if=/tmp/kde-andrea/K3b data project.iso of=/dev/hdc obs=32k seek=0'
:-( Failed to change write speed: 2770->3324

growisofs comand:
-----------------------
/usr/bin/growisofs -Z /dev/hdc=/tmp/kde-andrea/K3b data project.iso -use-the-force-luke=notray -use-the-force-luke=tty -use-the-force-luke=dao -dvd-compat -speed=2

Could be an hardware problem?Look like is related to speed set....
Any idea?

OK. But this again partially solved problem. When I let K3b choose the speed (with auto or ignore setting) it choose the maximum allowable speed for the media and my DVD writer. But this is around 12x (17MB/s) and my system looks like cannot make it so fast and the DVD usually becomes trash. There is no problem with DVD+RW media which is only 4x and it is written normally.
So, can someone tell something about this. I searched in google and all posts about this problem was solved as letting the k3b ignore the speed setting but this don't work for me.
