Shutdown/Reboot XFCE with non-root account

I've been using XFCE for about a month or so as my default wm and I am "Loving' It!". One thing I haven't been able to figure out is how to give my regular user account the rights to shutdown and reboot. When I try to shutdown or reboot, XFCE prompts me for my password and then tells me that I don't have the rights to do so. So, I have to quit my session and shutdown or reboot from the login screen.

Any ideas?

uncomment the line
Code:
%users localhost=/sbin/shutdown -h now
Now save and quit (:wq). It should work now.

Thanks Ilja!

Shadow Skill - Install switchdesk-gui. This will let you change the default session.
