Is it wise to upgrade the kernel to 2.6.10.760?

Hi all!
Im using FC3 with kernel 2.6.10.741.
Did anyone upgrade to 2.6.10.760? I wonder how it works and which problems it solves. Do I have to upgrade? The 741seems to work fine.

Without knowing what was new in this build I simply installed it when it showed up on yum and other than having to re-install my nvidia drivers I haven't had any problems/issues.
