Formatting my drive/boot disk

I'm trying to re-format my win98 disk and just I can't create a boot-able floppy. How can I do this from FC2? I intend to unplug my FC2 disk from the Mboard just in case, and then format the other one with FAT32.

If you just want to blow it away and make it a "vanilla" VFAT drive, you can boot into FC2 and use "mkfs.vfat" to reformat it into a blank VFAT partition. I don't seem to have that particular application (soft-link) installed, but I've got FC3 so your situation may be different.

If this isn't what you wanted to do, you're going to have to explain exactly what you're intending.
