Cron contents missing

Hi,
don't ask me how, but the contents of my root cron have disappeared - it is all blank. I was trying to edit one of the commands, and somehow wiped the whole lot. So... does anyone know what the default contents of a Fedora Core 3 root cron would be? Please copy paste for me.. I know there were quite a few lines in there. And no, it was not backed up (/var/spool/cron)
Thanks in advance.

maybe I'm being naive, but which file contents did you delete? hourly? daily? what is the path to the file?

Did you do a crontab -e by chance? If you did and found that the editor vi isn't your cup-of-tea as an editor. You may want to use gedit or something similar. Do a export EDITOR=gedit at the command line or to make it permanent for each login, add that line to your ~/.bash_profile file.

My root cron has nothing but my custom backup routines in it. And in my fresh install it is blank.
