Hey folks,
Ik got a problem with my bluetooth dongle. gnome-bluetooth-manager doesn't show any devices, and when i press "scan" it scans forever without finding my S55. (yes, it has bluetooth enabled, and discoverable).
dmesg says this:
Code:
Bluetooth: Core ver 2.6
NET: Registered protocol family 31
Bluetooth: HCI device and connection manager initialized
Bluetooth: HCI socket layer initialized
ohci_hcd 0000:00:02.0: wakeup
usb 2-1: new full speed USB device using address 2
Bluetooth: HCI USB driver ver 2.7
usbcore: registered new driver hci_usb
hci_cmd_task: hci0 command tx timeout
Bluetooth: L2CAP ver 2.4
Bluetooth: L2CAP socket layer initialized
Bluetooth: RFCOMM ver 1.3
Bluetooth: RFCOMM socket layer initialized
Bluetooth: RFCOMM TTY layer initialized
lsusb shows this:
Code:
Bus 003 Device 002: ID 0a12:0001 Cambridge Silicon Radio, Ltd Bluetooth Dongle
Bus 003 Device 001: ID 0000:0000
Bus 002 Device 001: ID 0000:0000
Bus 001 Device 002: ID 1005:b113 Apacer Technology, Inc. Handy Steno 2.0 (256MB)
Bus 001 Device 001: ID 0000:0000
usbview shows the USB stick but not the dongle.
I really don't have a clue what's wrong here. I read a lot of stuff from people were bluetooth worked just out of the box.
I hope you guys can help.
