devices identifer

hi i am just a beginner in linux
starting to use fedora becoz of it vast advantages
i really have a big problem after instalation of fc3
i seem to not cross the grub becoz of some drivers and video driver problems
i need to change in xwindows for that
i went to edit xorg.cong
now in that i am in


section device:
identifer:
driver:
vendor name :
board name :


how do i find all this
i presently run in windows xp sp2 system
if possible plz tel me how to find in windows the exact place in device manager

my config is

amd 2800+ 64bit
k8 triton motherboard(k8vm800m amd socket 754 processor motherboard)
521mb ram
160gb hdd


and plz tell me if fc3 supports this system
