Here is what I have installed on my Fedora 21 64 bit:
yum install compat-libstdc++-296.i686 compat-libstdc++-33.i386 compat-libstdc++-33.x86_64
yum install glibc.i686
yum install ncurses-libs.i686
And then it works.
I realized that the system that I was on was an F20 but your libraries suggestions did make Android-Studio work. I then did a F21 fresh install (it had been awhile since a fresh install...) so I again added the suggested libs and Android-Studio SDK installed correctly and Android-Studio runs.
Note that compat-libstdc++-33.i386 is actually compat-libstdc++-33.i686 and that glibc.i686 is a dependancy of both compat-libstdc++-296.i686 and compat-libstdc++-33.i686 so you don't need that step. Here is the final yum call I used
Code:
yum install compat-libstdc++-296.i686 compat-libstdc++-33.i686 compat-libstdc++-33.x86_64 ncurses-libs.i686
and I've confirmed this works with both F20 and F21 64 bit systems. Thanks pcontat!
