the thin yellow line

An annoying thin yellow line appears on the right edge of the screen whenever I click a launcher on the gnome panel (see screenshot, might need to zoom in). Only when I click on the desktop does the line disappear. This is not a a big issue, just annoying. I am running FC3+updates, gnome-panel-2.8.1-3. Any insight would be appreciated.

Yes, this happened to me too when I first upgraded to FC3, but seems to have gone away. I didn't do anything specific to fix it and I'm afraid I can't remember at what stage it disappeared. Although, thinking about it now, it was probably around the same time that the desktop reload problem went away, which seems likely related...
