Whats this? A way of making the Voyager work I have Fedora Core2 on my second hard drive but have to download everything via XP then have to save to floppy for transfare because I also cant get Fedora to Mount my C:/ where XP is in order to copy direct.

found your other thread and followed the instructions but when I typed in

type /usr/local/bin/startmodem | tee log.txt and press enter it returns this message

setting up USB support (1/5)..

loading firmware (2/5)..

modem not found
[root@localhost dad]#


BTW I had to use rpm 0.9-1 because the 0.8-1 rpm would not open

but this is the furthest i've got to getting the modem up and running but whats going wrong?

I am seeing this same message
