Question Auto Login with Fedora 20

In Fedora 19, the user manager allowed me to enable autologin for a user. (My hard drive is encrypted, so auto login won't happen without a passphrase being entered, so the system seems to me to be reasonably secured anyways.)

This option is no longer available in Fedora 20. Can I get it working anyways?

P.S: My desktop is GNOME 3.

Re: Auto Login with Fedora 20

When I open the gnome-control-center -> Users and click on my user name, I still see the "automatic login" option there.

Re: Auto Login with Fedora 20

So toggle the "automatic login" option to 'on' and reboot; isn't there a field for the password entry? Seems to me that should deal with the encryption of the HD, unless the upgrade failed to deal with the encrypted drive properly. Though, I might be assuming that the partition is encrypted, not the entire HDD. Perhaps more details on this?

You are right: If I go via control center, everything's as expected. My fault was that I visited the activity "Users & Groups" directly. (Expected this to be the same.) Sorry for the confusion on my part.
