    Post Disk Partition Error

I am trying to install Fedora 20 via USB with Live ISO and getting error while partitioning.
I have unallocated space of 100GB and HDD is 1TB. It is showing 100GB free space but not creating partitions upon selecting Automatic Partiiton. I tried custom partitioning but that didn't work too. I have Windows 7 and 8.1 in dual boot 8GB of RAM and 4th Gen. Core i5 processor. Please help!

    Re: Disk Partition Error

If your hdd is using standard msdos MBR partitions and you already have 4 primary partitions configured, then it is not possible to create any more partitions, no matter how much unallocated space is on the hdd. With msdos MBR partitioning scheme, to have more than 4 partitions, you can have up to only 3 primary partitions and the 4th partition must be an msdos extended partition, which is just a shell partition into which you can create additional partitions.

It's unknown to us if your computer is a non-UEFI system or a UEFI capable system, and if it's the latter, whether boh W7 and W8 are installed in msdos MBR mode, or you have a mix of, say, W7 being installed in msdos MBR mode and W8 being installed in uefi using gpt partitioning. So, without any knowledge of what your 1TB partition scheme looks like, it's really not possible to diagnose exactly why Fedora 20 won't create partitons. It would also help to show exactly what error Anaconda (the Fedora installer) is giving you.
