LXDE prefs file Epiphany browser?

anyone knows the path to the prefs file(s) for Epiphany web browser under LXDE?

Epiphany is made for Gnome and uses Gnome setting files normally. under LXDE I'm lost on the prefs. want to change the default search engine to DuckDuckGo.

~/.config/epiphany only has bookmark, history and cookie files...
suggested 'about:config' in the url-bar doesn't work

version Epiphany (aka Web) v 3.6.1

TIA

[SOLVED] LXDE prefs file Epiphany browser?

on https://wiki.gnome.org/Apps/Web/Freq...AskedQuestions found

For Epiphany 2.30 and later, you can change the search engine by e.g. by

Code:
$ gsettings set org.gnome.Epiphany keyword-search-url http://duckduckgo.com/?q=%s
"$ gsettings" in terminal gives brief explanation, but "$ yum info gsettings" gives "Error: No matching Packages to list"

just fed the string to my terminal and the search enigine was changed!

TNX

(changed the search enigne in the example above to protect the innocent)
