Question IPv6 & sit0 problem?

Is there anyone know how to temporary get rid of sit0 from FC2? After I installed the FC2 and run "ifconfig -a", I got sit0 at bottom of the output. I known the system had loaded Ipv6 module or maybe compiled into kernel. But I just wanna temporary unload or delete the IPv6 module from the system for short term and I hope I can load the IPv6 module again when I need to use it! I searched for a while but got nothing. Any comments about this usage? Thanks in advance.

if you know insmod you should know also rmmod (remove mod). At least for normal modules to unload.
Check unload with lsmod
Try Google next time for such basic questions..
Succes.
PS: add of course the module name after rmmod.
That name you can see in the list after doing a lsmod

extra: under kernel 2.4 it seems not possible to unload it i read somewhere. So check whether this is the case for your kernel.
