Post Change Device Startup Order (PCMCIA)

I am running Fedora Core 1 with great speed on a Toshiba Tecra 8100 notebook but have a small issue with PCMCIA services. It doesn't affect usability in any way but it would be nice to know how to fix this.

When the machine starts up, the network starts before PCMCIA has, so it tells me the device "eth0" is not present, and it will delay starting of that device. (3Com Ethernet Cardbus)

Is there a way to get PCMCIA to start before the network does so I can avoid this message?

Many thanks.

The /etc/rc'x'.d (where 'x' is runlevel) directories will have the services listed, and they get loaded in alphabetical order. All the files are numbered to make it easy to tell what the order is. I think run level 5 is normal for linux, so look under /etc/rc5.d and rename the service you want loaded in a different order.
