How to sync apt,yum and up2date

Hello,
I wanna have the same sources for all three update tools.
ATM I have the problem that up2date lists other packages to update than apt:

I think I mixed some releases,
it would be fine to run only testing.
I can´t install the newer apt, and synaptic wont also not install:

It would be very helpfull if someone can answer to this, because up2date and yum won´t work anymore.
Both stop with some errors.
