Question How to mount ntfs in other Machine to my local linux box?

Hi All,
I use smb to link the two computers one with xp and other with linux,
I want to know is a way can help me mount the ntfs in my xp ( via router ) to my linux box
in the fstable.
If can, Please teach me how to write the fstable.

As far as my understanding goes, the filesystem of any partition in a msWindows is independent of the smb protocol. If you share the partition, and mount it on the linux box, what happens? I think it shouldn't give you any problems at all. Am I right?

EDIT for fstab entry try something like

//nt_machine/share /mnt/nt_share smbfs username=name,password=xxx 0 0
