Fedora Core Desktop and LAMP Server

With recent revisions there is now enough information in my Fedora Core 3 Linux Installation Notes to set up a fairly comprehensive desktop installation including multimedia and a LAMP (Linux, Apache, MySQL and PHP/Perl) web server as well.
