Two days ago, I installed Fedora 17 GNOME. When I start up my Asus 1015PX nextbook, a message quickly flashes:"GRUB loading. Welcome to GRUB. Error" I cannot read the error due to the flashing being so quick." Then GRUB Boot Menu appears with Fedora's name below. Then a screen quickly flashes "Booting Fedora. Loading Linux. Loading initial RAMdisk." Finally, Fedora starts up.
None of this occurred in Fedora 16 GNOME. Is this normal?
How to slow down the booting to enable reading of the messages?
