Well, here's my profound advice for all of you younger folks. At work, my co-worker, in his early 50's and myself, in my late 50's, were commenting on the lyrics from some song about how they wish they'd known then what they know now, and we talked about when you're young, you think that, so you could avoid getting your heart broken.

Then, you age, and realize that some of those broken hearts were important in making you who you are now. Now, when you think, I wish I knew then what I know now, the reason is so that you could have avoided hurting some people you hurt along the way.

Scott, until I am informed otherwise by the OP, I will assume the OP meant to say exactly what he/she/it/other did say. It could be that the sentiment is posted exactly where they wanted it. So, the thread is open, and will remain so.

I'm just going to assume that the OP has reached a point in life and maturity beyond all the emotional and post-modern intellectual garbage most of us drag around, and is indeed willing to be frank, honest and direct about their feelings toward the community as a whole.
