Intel HD 3000 Graphics very choppy video

Hello friends

i am using fedora 17,I installed every codec and players ,everythings is working except Graphics

i installed xorg intel driver ,mesa library but video is very choppy not smooth

These are the problem while watching videos :
1. Horizontal Lines accross the laptop screen
2. HD videos looking like 3gp videos

Any help
