SIMPLE QUESTION: Menu status don't change

Hi, this is a simple question, in my status on the menu, see the attachment, I can't change the status, is allways in "Unavailable".
In Online Accounts I use my gmail, I installed pidgin with my gmail and I remove the empathy.

Why can't I change my status?
What have I to do to change my status to available?

Note: I use Fedora 17 in my laptop
Linux 3.5.2-1.fc17.x86_64 GNU/Linux

I afraid that works with Empathy only. You may install Empathy again to work with that.
