gnome shell application list ?

I can use the keyboard (super key) to access the shell I guess it is called.

Is there a keyboard shortcut to get to the application list?

I've checked the "cheat sheet" and couldn't find any.

in Gnome3: hit the Super and start typing the application you want. language or real package name doesn't matter

Alt-F2 provides a small run dialog, typed programs start after <enter>. however you have to use the real program name in Gnome. LXDE provides a list that keeps up with typing or is selectable with the mouse or cursor.

Re: gnome shell application list ?

Thanks I use super key and start typing the name all the time.

I was simply wondering if there was a way to get the application icon list without
using a mouse/pointer

It would be cool if pressing Alt after the super key would switch to the applications page. I don't know if it is already reserved for something though?

Hit the Super key, then hold Ctrl+Alt & hit Tab 4 times.
